What is the return window for holiday purchases made on your online store?
Purchases made from November 7th through December 24th can be returned through January 15th on our online store. This extended return window allows you to shop for holiday gifts with peace of mind.
Can I receive a refund for a holiday purchase made on your online store? If you are the purchaser and you submit a return for a refund within the specified time frame (November 7th through January 15th), you are eligible for a refund as long as the item meets our return criteria.
If you have received our products as a gift you are unable to receive a refund. However you are eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please reach out to the purchaser for a gift receipt.
How do I get a gift receipt?
If you are the original purchaser, your order confirmation email would have been sent to the email you used for your order. At the bottom of the the order confirmation you will see a section that says “Create gift receipt.” You will need the email address of your gift recipient for the gift receipt to be sent to.
What if I received a gift during the holiday season and want to return it through your online store
If you are the recipient of a gift purchased on our online store between November 7th through December 24th and wish to return it, you are eligible for an exchange or store credit. The purchaser will have to create a gift receipt which you will receive via email.
What are the conditions for returning an item to your online store during this holiday return period? To be eligible for a return during the holiday season, the item must be in its original packaging. Please refer to our regular return policy for more details on our return criteria.
What if I miss the January 15th deadline for returning a holiday purchase to your online store? Returns received after January 15th may not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please contact our customer service [email protected]
Can I exchange a holiday purchase made on your online store for a different item? Yes, if you are eligible for a return during the holiday season, you can exchange the item for a different product of equal or lesser value through our online store. Additional charges may apply if the replacement item costs more. Please note original packaging is required to be eligible for exchanges or returns for refund/store credit.
If you are the original purchaser requesting for a return for a refund there will be a restocking fee of $10.00.
